The Three Is

Integrity is something that should define you and having it will set you up for success in life and business. If you have it, you will build up a good reputation and everyone will want to meet you, get to know you, and do business with you.

Initiative is also required. When the right time comes, you have to be ready to act. All the studying you did, the skills you acquired, and ideas you came up with are useless if you sleepwalk through life.There will come a time when you’ll need to get out there and show them who you are and what you can do.

Intelligence is not in the first position of importance, no matter what the majority of people think. Relying only on intelligence will not get you very far if you are lazy and have a lack of courage and integrity. The investment world and the business world are full of talented albeit unsuccessful people. Courage and persistence are definitely of more value than intelligence in the scheme of life.
